Join our online logotherapy training—a deep, contemporary exploration of meaning, designed for those who want to bring Viktor Frankl’s insights into the 21st century.

“What makes logotherapy so effective is its flexibility and clear, accessible language. It speaks directly to what matters most in our lives: meaning, freedom, responsibility, making it easy to integrate into any therapeutic approach. Viktor Frankl’s insights don’t replace your existing methods; instead, they enrich and deepen them.”

– Dr. Vladimir Miletić

WHO IS LOGOTHERAPY TRAINING FOR?

Introductory Course

Is open to anyone who wants to learn about Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy.

The Advanced Course

Is designed for therapists and counselors working in a variety of settings—whether in private practice, hospitals, or social services. If you are looking to deepen your clinical work through a meaning-centered approach, this course will offer valuable insights and practical tools grounded in Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy.

The Logophilosophy course

Is designed for anyone without formal training in psychotherapy or counseling who still wishes to engage deeply with Viktor Frankl’s philosophy and psychology. It offers an accessible yet profound exploration of his ideas on meaning, freedom, and the human spirit, making it ideal for those drawn to the existential dimensions of his work from a non-clinical perspective.

PROGRAM

Your logotherapy journey begins with our Introductory course. This is a short, accessible course open to everyone. It’s a prerequisite for the advanced course. It consists of 5 lectures, quizzes and self-reflective assignments. The course is approximately 30h long: 10h of lectures, 10h for knowledge assessment (quizzes and essays) and 10h of experiential, self-reflective wok.

Once you complete the Introductory course, you can begin our Advanced Course. Our logotherapy program has four separate modules that will provide you with solid foundation in philosophy, psychology and the practice of logotherapy. Once you complete the program, you will be awarded a certificate and the title of a logotherapist.

  • Duration: 100h

Content: pre-recorded lectures, assignments, regular feedback in writing, discussion groups.

Learn about the origins and philosophical foundations of logotherapy. By exploring Viktor Frankl’s life, influences, and the broader teachings of existential philosophy, you will prepare yourself for a deeper understanding of logotherapy as a psychological practice. Several self-reflective assignments will help you grasp and internalize the core principles of Frankl’s thought—not only through study but also through personal experience.

  • Duration: 100h

Content: pre-recorded lectures, quizes, written assignments, discussion groups and regular feedback on your work.

This module will help you understand logotherapy’s view of the person and its meaning-centered approach to psychology. We will pay special attention to Viktor Frankl’s dimensional ontology and his understanding of the spiritual dimension of human existence, including his intriguing and complex views on the spiritual unconscious. The module also highlights the role of freedom, responsibility, and the human capacity to find meaning even in suffering.

  • Duration: 100h

Content: pre-recorded lectures, quizes, written assignments, discussion groups and regular feedback on your work.

This module presents logotherapy in the context of clinical issues and therapeutic practice. You will learn how to apply its principles to a range of common and significant clinical concerns, such as anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and more. Special attention will be given to noogenic neuroses—a category of existential distress identified and described by Viktor Frankl, rooted in a loss of meaning. You will also explore the concept of medical ministry, a key element of logotherapy’s approach to working with chronically and terminally ill patients, where addressing the spiritual dimension of suffering becomes essential to care.

  • Duration: 100h

Content: pre-recorded lectures, quizes, written assignments, discussion groups and regular feedback on your work.

The Techniques Module introduces a range of foundational logotherapeutic methods, including paradoxical intention and de-reflection, as well as additional techniques developed by Viktor Frankl and other key figures in the field. These tools will enhance your clinical practice and help you become a more effective logotherapist. This module also includes supervised practice and several hours of experiential work, emphasizing the importance of understanding the client’s experience from within. Experiencing logotherapy firsthand is essential to applying it with depth, authenticity, and sensitivity.

  • Duration: 100h

Content: reading, independent research, writing a thesis.

For those interested in logotherapy who are not psychotherapists or counselors, this module offers an alternative path. It invites you to explore key aspects of Viktor Frankl’s thought from philosophical, sociological, or anthropological perspectives. If your interest lies in meaning, values, and the human condition rather than clinical practice, this is the final module of the program for you. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate in logophilosophy, recognizing your engagement with the theoretical and existential foundations of Frankl’s work.
